| District 9 Eligibility |
District 9 is open to residents of Morgan, Monroe, Owen, Martin, Brown, Greene, Lawrence, Orange, and Davies county. All entrants must possess a current IGA-PGA GHIN handicap index not exceeding 10.4.
One is considered an Indiana Resident if:
(1) Maintain his primary residence in Indiana;
(2) He is qualified to vote in local, state and federal elections in Indiana;
(3) File a state income tax return in Indiana.
Exception for Students: A student who is claimed as a dependent on his parents’ or legal guardian’s income tax is deemed to be a resident of the same state in which his parents or legal guardian reside. A student that is not claimed as a dependent is required to meet the above residency requirements.
