All teams should have their deposit paid by this date.
Mon, Aug 18, 2008 5:00 PM Full Payment Due (Deadline)

All teams must be paid in full by August 20, along will all team names submitted.
Wed, Oct 8, 2008 3:00 PM Check in at Paris Las Vegas

All participants will have a room booked Wednesday, October 8 checking out Saturday October 11.
Thu, Oct 9, 2008 6:30 AM Bus Departure

Those who secured a spot on the bus will board the bus at Paris and will arrive at Paiute around 7:00.
Thu, Oct 9, 2008 6:45 AM Complimentary Breakfast

All competitors are invited to the Paiute Golf Resort for a complimentary breakfast. 

Menu: Scrambled eggs, bacon, Sausage, country-fried potatoes, french toast, assorted danish and muffins, fresh seasonal fruit, juice, coffee and tea.
Thu, Oct 9, 2008 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM First Round of Play Competitors will either be assigned to the Wolf GC or the Snow Mountain Golf Course for the first round of play.
Thu, Oct 9, 2008 1:30 PM Cocktail Party

All competitors are invited to attend the cocktail party immediately following play at the Paiute Golf Resort and watch the posting of first round scores. 

Menu: Barbecued chicken wings, Swedish meatballs, fresh vegetable crudite with ranch dipping sauce and assorted domestic cheeses with and assortment of crackers.  In addition there will be assorted finger sandwiches with chips.

Plaques will be distributed immediately following the posting of the final scores.

Menu: Chicken Dijon, Roast Prime Rib, Broccoli, Cauliflower and carrots, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Ceasar Salad, and Rolls.
