Indiana PGA member in good standing (excluding A-3’s) or approved player apprentice. Superintendent or assistant superintendent who is a member of the Indiana GCSA, Tri-State GCSA, Michiana GCSA or Hoosier Turfgrass. Superintendent must have a current IGA-PGA GHIN approved handicap index.
