Title:  Practice Putting Prohibited
Detail:  A player shall not paly any practice stroke on or near the putting green of the hole last played.  If a practice stroke is played, the player shall incur a penalty on the next hole, except that in the case of the last hole, he incurs the penalty at that hole.  Penalty for breach is two strokes in Stroke Play and loss of hole in Match Play.
