| Cart Policy | Carts are only for the use of competitors in the IWGA State Amateur Championship and PGA Indiana Women's Open. Caddies and Spectators are prohibited from riding in the golf cart in these Competitions. |
| Cell Phone Policy | Cell phone use is prohibited during a stipulated round, with the exception of areas such as the clubhouse or parking lot, when you are not interfering or delaying play. First violation is two strokes, second violation is disqualification. |
| Conduct Policy | The following actions are regarded as violating the Player Code of Conduct and will not be tolerated. Any violation witnessed by or reported to the IGA-PGA Staff will be brought to the attention of the IWGA Tournament Committee and / or the IWGA Board of Directors who will determine the penalty to be imposed. The penalty will be determined by the offense, but might include fines and / or suspensions.

| Conforming Club and Ball List | The driver the player carries must have a clubhead, identified by model and loft, which is named on the current List of Conforming Driver Heads. As well, the ball the player plays must be named on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by the USGA. This list can be found at www.usga.org. |
| Dress Code | Players must be neat in appearance with respect to clothing and personal grooming. The official in charge of the event shall decide whether this requirement has been met, and has the authority to withdraw the entry of a player who deos not comply. T-shirts, tank tops, cut-offs, gym shorts and jeans are examples of attire that does not meet this requirement. Individual golf course policies will be enforced during IWGA events, including any non-metal spike policy. |
| Eligibility | 1. Be a member of or have playing privileges at a club or course which is a current member of the IWGA. |
| Lifting an Embedded Ball | (Appendix 1) Anywhere "through the green," a ball which is embedded in its own pitch-mark in the ground, except in loose sand, may be lifted without penalty, cleaned and dropped as near as possible to the spot where it lay but not nearer the hole. |
| No Show Policy | A player is entitled to a refund of the entry fee less a $15 service charge when withdrawal from an event is made prior to the tournament deadline date. Anyone wishing a refund when withdrawing after the tournament deadline must make a written request to the IWGA Tournament Committee. Those requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. A player who fails to notify the Golf Office, Host Club, or an IWGA Official of withdrawal prior to her scheduled tee time will receive a letter notifying her that she is on probation. A second violation of this policy will result in a suspension from IWGA events for 1 (one) calendar year from the date of suspension. The PGA Withdrawal Policy states that amateurs participating in professional events are entitled to full refunds when withdrawal from any Indiana PGA event is made prior to the tournament entry deadline date. Anyone wanting a refund when withdrawing after the tournament entry deadline must appeal to the PGA Tournament Committee in writing. |
| Refunds | Refunds are granted when the player withdraws prior to the entry deadline. A $15 service charge is subtracted from all refunds. Anyone wishing a refund when withdrawing after the tournament deadline must make a written request to the IWGA Tournament Committee. |
| Suspension of Play | Dangerous Situation: (Signaled by one prolonged note). All competitors shall discontinue play immediately. If a player fails to discontinue play, he shall be disqualified. All practice areas shall be closed during a suspension untill the Committe has declared it open for use. Other Suspensions: (Signaled by three short notes). Competitors have the option of finishing out the hole they are playing or they may discontinue play. Resumption of Play: (Signaled by two notes). |
| Time of Starting (Rule 6-3a) | In IWGA competitions, if a player arrives at her starting point, ready to play, within five minutes of her starting time, in the absence of circumstances which warrant waiving the penalty of disqualification as provided in Rule 33-7, the penalty for failure to start on time is two strokes at the first hole in Stroke Play or loss of the first hole in Match Play. |
| Withdrawal Procedure | Players may withdraw from an IWGA event right from their customer profile if the withdrawal is prior to the entry deadline. Please contact the Indiana Golf Office if this withdrawal is after the entry deadline. |
