Tournament Notes

Title Detail
Dress Code

All competitors are required to wear Khaki Slacks.  Participants will be fitted for a golf shirt compliments of Greg Norman.

Fromat

The Challenge Cup is a 36-hole format where the top Amateurs are matched up against the top PGA Professionals in a four-ball and singles competiton.  Morning matches are all four-ball matches and the afternoon matches are singles match play competitions.  1 point is given for a win in each match.  In the event a match is tied following the 18 hole, points will be split.

Pairings

Pairings and match-ups will be determined at the breakfast prior to play.  All competitors should be present and ready to play if they are selected to play in the 8:30 am grouping.

Pictures

All competitors are expected to remain at the golf course until the end of play at which time teams will be photographed.

Scorecards (returning) For the purpose of applying Rule 6-6c, a competitor is considered to have returned his scorecard when the score is posted on the Official Scoreboard.  Players shall report directly to the Scoring Area immediately following play.
