PGA Indiana Open

Eligibility	Only Male Indiana Residents are eligible to compete in this Championship. Professional, including non PGA Member professionals. Amateurs who possess a current IGA-PGA GHIN handicap index not exceeding 10.4. One is considered an Indiana Resident if: (1) Maintain his primary residence in Indiana; (2) He is qualified to vote in local, state and federal elections in Indiana; (3) File a state income tax return in Indiana. (Exception for Students) A student who is claimed as a dependent on his parents’ or legal guardian’s income tax is deemed to be a resident of the same state in which his parents or legal guardian reside. A student that is not claimed as a dependent is required to meet the above residency requirements.
Host Hotel	The Fairfield Inn has been selected as the host hotel for this event. Please call 317-776-9900 and state you are with the Indiana PGA State Open to receive a discounted rate of $89. Suites are available at discounted rates as well.
Practice Round Information
Registration Fees	All competitors are required to pay a $50 registration fee to the Purgatory Golf Shop. This fee will pay for carts and range fees for all four days of the championship.
